Hey There Mermaids and Men!
So I’m known for being an Adventuress in the Kitchen. I throw whatever I have together and hope it comes out edible. If not, I drown it in vinegar. This salad is no exception for my wonton ways. Though the mixture might not seem likely, it came together quite well and I was pushed to write about it.
First Up! A bed of greens. I used Fresh Express Spring Mix.
For toppings,
One cup of Strawberries
A small bunch of purple grapes.
One cup of veggie pasta cooked with 1tbl olive oil. I LOVE Wacky Mac.
Dressing: Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette. (Extra Vinegar)
