Healthy Vegan Nutella!

So my mom LOVES Nutella. She would leave my dad for Nutella if it wasn’t frowned upon. I used to enjoy Nutella too before I changed my diet to plant-based, which Nutella certainly is NOT. I wasn’t missing out since making the transition, because I knew I was helping myself, the plant, and the animals, but it can be slightly more difficult to indulge. Until…

This morning when everything changed. I combined, on a whim, PB2 powder, Dutch Chocolate Complete, and Chocolate Cashew Milk, to make VEGAN FREAKING NUTELLA.

what. I know. It’s delicious and you should try it.

      I followed the directions on PB2, but added one part chocolate complete and an additional part chocolate almond milk
