A Mineral Water a Day, Keeps the Alzheimer’s Doctor Away

One of the most impactful presentations I have ever witnessed began by a tall. thin, white haired man announcing he was from the future.

This tall. thin, white haired man says the future is not bright for those at risk of degenerative brain diseases like Alzheimer’s Disease but have no fear, he is here, in the present time to save us with an easy fix.

Drink water.

Not just any water though, ~mineral water~. Specifically mineral water containing silica.

He presented his very fancy diagrams, results from his intensive studies, and all the science to back up this claim in a power point, but I will try my best to articulate my layman’s version of his findings.

Degenerative brain diseases and even some Autism is worsened by aluminium. This thin white haired man from the future made it very clear that aluminium is out and mineral water is in. The silica in the mineral water works as a sort of magnet to flush aluminum that clings to our brain cells out of our bodies. Through his studies he found great results in cognitive function in his participants just by adding a Fiji Water to their daily hydration routine.

I had some skepticism of course, especially towards a man claiming he was from the future, but his presentation really stood out and stuck with me. Though it isn’t the most economic path to drinking water, incorporating a mineral water into my daily life sparked my interest. I like it mostly because its a health suggestion that is easy, and has no side effects, other than well, hydration! We should be drinking water anyways, and if adding in a Fiji water and subtracting soda cans could prevent the mental decline I very much could experience in the future, sign me TF up.

The tall, thin, white haired, man’s name is Dr. Chris Exley. His time traveling credentials aren’t mentioned, but if you would like to see his research on this topic please visit his website here. I saw his presentation at the 2018 Achieving Optimal Health Conference in Georgetown, Washington DC.
